Axillary and Long-scar Brachioplasty: Case 1
Description
This is a good example of a long-scar, or traditional brachioplasty, in a patient with severe laxity and adipose excess. Dr. Linville always performs some liposuction and applies Bodytite RF to the arms, which helps with the posterior laxity, and also with the subsequent scarring, due to tension forces. This surgery is infamous for having unsightly scars, but this patient's brachioplasty scar is barely visible, and she has a great result.
