This 35 year old patient from The Woodlands, TX wanted to perform a very small reduction, obtain a lift, and preserve her breasts by undergoing a lumpectomy by her breast oncology surgeon. Dr. Linville performed a small bilateral oncoplastic breast reduction, but used her breast tissue to obliterate the lumpectomy cavity, and preserved her breast tissue and volume to keep the size she wanted. You can see her cancer was on her right breast in the lateral aspect, and this has a slight residual affect, but much less than if she had not undergone the reduction.
